Hypnosis

Yes, hypnosis is a safe and effective therapeutic tool backed by research. It’s not magic, but a natural process that helps you connect with your inner wisdom and find solutions for your challenges. You remain in control, awake and aware throughout, collaborating with a certified hypnotherapist who guides you. Studies show that roughly 85% of people respond positively to clinical hypnosis, making it suitable for various age groups and backgrounds. 

Each weekly hypnosis session of two hours costs from $175 to $220 +HST. Please check our professionals out in About Us for more details.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals and concerns.

Most clients see positive changes within 4-6 sessions for issues like anxiety, depression, burnout, smoking cessation or weight loss.

This is because hypnosis can help you address the major causes of these issues and develop effective coping mechanisms.

If you’re looking for a more gradual approach, or have scheduling challenges, we also offer convenient online hypnosis options for clients throughout the GTA. This allows you to experience the benefits of hypnosis from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Additionally, during your free initial consultation, our certified hypnotherapist will discuss your goals and provide a personalized estimate of the number of sessions you might need.

Welcome:

The session starts with an intake form or a debrief from the previous appointment.

Induction:

The facilitator leads you into a state of deep physical and mental relaxation.

Hypnosis Session:

Once profoundly relaxed, you connect with the root cause of your issue or get a better understanding of it. We support you during your inner journey and use affirmations, protocols, energy and somatic work, and imagination to help you make the changes you would like to achieve.

Awakening:

After the ‘change work’ is complete, we invite you to open your eyes through a simple awakening technique.

Debrief:

Time for any questions you may have, and a summary of the session and any progress made thus far.

Yes, most of our services are covered by insurance, including hypnosis.

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file. For all future missed appointments, a cancellation fee, equal to 50% of the reserved services, will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Reiki

During a Reiki session, whether in-person or distant, you’ll experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation as the practitioner channels healing energy to you.

Even though you may not be physically present, the effects of Reiki are just as transformative. You may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation as the energy works its magic.

Psychotherapy
