The session starts with an intake or a debrief from the previous session.
The facilitator leads you into a state of deep physical and mental relaxation.
Once profoundly relaxed, you connect with the root cause of your issue or get a better understanding of it. We support you during your inner journey and use affirmations, protocols and imagination to help you make the changes you would like to achieve.
After the ‘change work’ is complete, you are back from the trance through a simple awakening technique.
